Ponsel masuk dlm keadaan mati bekas kemasukan air
Dicheck dg PSU, arus dlm kondisi Full Short ..
Langkah:
Disemprot cairan pembersih karatn, d'diamin bbrp wkt n terakhir dicuci dg thiner.
Dicheck ulang dg PSU, masih short.
*Angkat RETU, check -> short
*Cabut Z7520 (PA) -> check = short
*Cabut L7502 (AHNE) -> check = short
*Cabut L2301, L2306 n V2302 (TAHVO) -> check = arus 0.03A
*Ganti TAHVO n pasang kembali RETU n semua L n Z xg dicopot -> check = masih 0.03A
Dg arus 0.03A dicoba hidupkan = arus bgerak naik 2 tahap 0.08A -> 0.25A (sdh hidup)
Dilanjutkan check dg UFS = Check Boot -> OK n Info -> OK
Langkah lanjutan:
*Cabut L2305 (LED N2301) -> check = arus 0.03A
*Cabut L2309 (LED N2302) -> check = arus 0.03A
*Cabut Driver MMC -> check = arus 0.03A
*Cabut Bluetooth -> check = arus 0A
*Ganti Bluetooth -> check = arus 0A
*Pasang kembali kedua L sblm'y n drvir MMC
*Mgunakan MTBox,.. check product n rebuild PMM BT.
Dihidupkan dg Batt, kondisi OffLine n No MMC ..
*Kondisi jalur Conn SimCard keliatan OK -> ganti Emif R2700
*Check ConnMMC -> hambatan dioda pd pin 3, 4, 5 n 7 OK (R3200 OK)
*Ganti Driver MMC (N3200)
Dhidupkan kembali, kondisi Profil n MMC tdetect OK
Penyakit lain'y gx ad signal ..
*Search manual, gx ad pgerakan arus n dlm tempo hitungan bbrp detik az No Operator
*Asumsi xg rusak area VCO, check pd T7501 = signal Full Noise (VCO OK)
*Ganti C7511
*Dinyalakan.. signal muncul n drop
*Search manual = dapat all provider
*Ganti PA -> check = gx ad indikator signal sama sx (PA gx bagus)
*Ganti PA 2x -> check = signal ad n drop
*Ganti PA 3x (copotan) -> check OK n stabil
Pasang kembali n check kondisi laen, Buzzer, Speaker, Mic, BT, Camera, Charg n arus standby
